^cAs whirlwinds in the Negeb sweep on,
it comes from the wilderness,
from a terrible land.
2 A stern vision is told to me;
^dthe traitor betrays,
and the destroyer destroys.
Go up, O ^eElam;
lay siege, O ^fMedia;
